This site is a tribute to John Reeves, who was born in London on June 12, 1931. He is much loved and will always be remembered.
The death occurred at Dora Matthews House, Coleford on 10th May 2018 of John Matthews, aged 86 years.
The funeral service took place at the Forest of Dean Crematorium on Wednesday 30th May 2018 with Mr Tim Buckmaster officiating. The hymn Morning has broken was sung by the congregation. The tribute was read by Katy Macpherson during the service. During a period of reflection, a recording of John Rutter’s The Lord Bless and Keep You was played, (Performed by St Edmund's School Hindhead Chapel and Chamber Choirs including John’s grandsons, Henry and Robert in 2012 at a Papal Mass in Frascati, Italy)
